I used their website to disable the sports package (I believe it was $9.99)... then I get billed a week later for the full amount plus the sports package.
I go on their website to check and sure enough the sports package is still there. So I remove it again, and this time.... I go back in to see if it's still there and yep... sure is.
I contact customer support and they say they are unable to refund me the full 9.99 but will refund me a prorated $7. Mind Blown.... Needless-to-say I cancelled on the spot.
