Sling TV - Terrible product and terrible customer service
The channel selection is terrible. My subscription renews on the 17th, so on the 17th I logged in to cancel it.
My Sling account did not reflect a transaction, the last one was from the previous month. So I cancelled it. When I cancelled, it told me my account would be active till the 17th of next month. I contacted Sling to ask them to cancel the payment that was seemingly being processed as I was cancelling my account.
They refused saying they do not issue refunds. When I explained that I do not want a refund, just for them to cancel the payment, they were rude and condescending. I went back and forth with them for so long, that during the time, the payment was processed. So by the time I spoke with a supervisor, he told me that I paid with a card, it was completed and that there was nothing they could do about it.
They are a bunch of *** bags. DO NOT USE SLING.
They are terrible. And *** channels that you wont watch most of are not worth dealing with jerks like these guys.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $21.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
