I never heard of Sling TV until I got an email from them, saying my charge card have been declined.

They have been billing my charge card since April 2017, for service I knew nothing about, and did not requested. After speaking with a customer service rep, they acknowledged I never utilized the service, but refused to refund the monthly deductions of $39.98.

I was informed they have a no refund policy. They also stated, they are willing to return one month of the fraudulent deductions.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

It's not a company to be trusted. After talking to customer service they seem to support fraudulent charges.
