I was offered the SLINGTV free trial. I contacted ROKU and said I don't want the free offer, take it off my ROKU account.
I contacted Sling TV and told them I don't want the free trial and they told me they do not have an account with my name. They asked for my ROKU serial number which I gave them. My son purchased the ROKU for me and his credit card was charged. I never signed up for Sling TV.
I called and said I did not want the service, but was charged $118 anyway and they won't take the charge off my son's credit card. I am pissed off that they would charge my son's credit card when I spent one hour telling both ROKU and SlingTV that I did not want their service.
