So my 1 year old daughter accidentally bought the UFC fight on DEC 30. This happened at 9:01 pm on the 27th.
We contacted the customer service department with in 20 mins of the accidentally purchase. The customer service representative told us there was nothing they could do to refund our money. So we asked to speak to a supervisor which they did. The Sling TV supervisor stated that the Companies policy wouldn't allow them to refund.
So Sling TV would rather lose customers that pay 20.00 a month or more than to refund a 65.00 UFC fight that was bought buy a 1 year old. I don't know about you but that's some pretty bad business ethics.
