My son got ahold of our roku tv remote for 20 seconds and ordered a $65 UFC PPV event for the following day. When I got the email informing me of the charge on the card, I immediately called customer service to let them know about the mistake.
When I talked to the customer service person I was told that it was non-refundable and that was their policy and she could not tell me why that was their policy.
I then talked to a supervisor that told me that quote "It was my problem". I will never be a Sling subscriber ever again and I will be spreading the word about it.
