I took the sling tv blue connection yesterday (06/30/2018) as their queries site suggested that we go ahead with the blue subscription I would be able to watch live world cup matches .When I wasn't able to do ,I asked the customer care and they said that it was due to some issues with the cable providers on my zip which doesn't allow sling to broadcast live matches .I asked them to cancel my subscription as it was their fault,but they disagree saying they cannot refund my amount and I had to pay for the whole month even though I would not open their app again .Worst customer service ever .Stay away.
