Sling TV - Shady customer service practices
i have never signed up for sling TV. I have had the one and only same email address for 18 years.
When i enter my email address and password it takes me to page to create a new account with a free 7 trial.... With that being said. Sling has charged me 19.99 for the past 11 months and i did not know it until now 8/31/17. That is a total of $219.89 for NOTHING...
I will hire a lawyer if it takes every penny i have.... They will wished they had just paid me the 219.89.... I have asked for proof of my account they cant present the information.
It seems to me if you can bill me for services NEVER RENDERED there has to be an account somewhere.. But according to them there is not..
