Spent weeks deciding on what streaming service to use when I cut the cord. Finally decided on Sling, paid my $80 for two months of service.
Unfortunately, some of my wife's channels (Fox and others) weren't offered, and they didn't give me the deal they advertised, which included some extra channels at a $5 discount. So after four days I went to the website, canceled my subscription, and asked for an address to send the "free" Roku back. They told me they couldn't do that -- the fine print under "Terms and Conditions" says no refunds. I emailed them my invoice, which CLEARLY says I was entitled to the free trial.
Not enough money to get ulcers over, but as a businessman for many years I'm disappointed and bewildered by this kind of *** customer service. There are lots of other services out there; I suggest you look at all of them before you choose Sling TV.
