I couldn't watch my new: Sling app. on my TV that I payed for so I had to immediately cancel my subscription!
Paid for my Sling subscription on my phone, but couldn't access it on my TV. I couldn't watch it, couldn't talk to customer service, so I had to cancel it.
- Only disappointment
- And frustration
Preferred solution: Yes. Be able to watch Sling on my TV.

- - Signed up for Slind TV to watch Tennessee vs Virginia at 6:10 pm for $14.99, 7 days.
- - Could not get the game to play; each attempt indicated a charge.
I signed up for Slind TV yesterday so that I could watch TENN vs Virginia, basketball game at 6:10 p.m. for 14.99 7 day.
I don't have any cause I never was successful in getting the game on package, but I never could get the game to come on. Every time I tried, it appeared that I would be charged again.
- Very difficult for a super senior to get desired results

Do not buy sling. All their customer service numbers do not work. They're great at taking your money but service is another thing not getting any.
- - Not getting paid channels and can't access content.
- - The format is terribly confusing.
- - Customer service numbers don't work and chat waits are long.
I'm not getting any of the channels I paid for the format is terribly confusing. None of their customer service numbers work.
When you go on try to chat. It's a nine minute wait then another nine minute. Wait then you're right there. Almost another nine minute wait.
Never chatted with anyone. A person forget it.
Just trying to cancel. Since there is no way to get to the content, I desire.

Sling TV added package to my account, They agreed it was unauthorized. However they only refunded 1 month. What a rip!
Sling TV adds packages then will not refund them. They added a package on my account for 5 months, would only refund 1 month even though they admitted it was unauthorized.
- Cheaper than cable
- Adds packages without customer knowing will not fully refund

Charged after canceling
No live person. Canceled on February 9 and still being charged.
I have the email stating such.
May have been a google thing. Too many moving parts!

- - Canceling the subscription is nearly impossible and login attempts fail.
- - No live phone support; chat is unresponsive and login spins.
First of all, I think Slings streaming service is not bad!
BUT when I decided to switch to another streaming service, I discovered that canceling my subscription is darned near impossible! I spent over an hour trying to log in to my account and I was never successful!
There is, to the best of my knowledge, no active phone support where you can talk to a live person!
One phone number referred me to Slings chatbot, but when I clicked on the chat button, nothing happened!
Every time I tried to sign in to my account, I got a spinning wheel that just kept on spinning until I got fed up and decided to try something else. The ordeal left me angry and extremely frustrated

Very poor service and increase in payment
- - I was a Sling customer and was pleased.
- - Feb 8 I could not access the game or reach support.
- - A few days later I received a price increase notice.
I have been a customer of sling for quite sometime and was pleased with the service at first. I was even able to speak with a customer service rep at times.
Feb 8th (Superbowl sunday) I tried to access the game and could not, I have been trying to call customer service and all numbers are disconnected and chatbots simply useless. A few days later I received an email informing me of an increase to my service.

Cancellation of service

I just found out I have been subscribed to Sling TV for four months now without my knowledge. I did not subscribe to this service and have not used any data associated with this subscription.
I am requesting a refund of all funds paid on this account. To my knowledge, I've never set up an account, and therefore can't log in to cancel it.
