I finally was able to get a person on chat. You have to type Representative.
So they answered all my questions. Though I'd still like to speak to a human.
None of the numbers I've found on Google work for Sling. And...
the 'chat' options still won't give you a live person! My bill went up and I have no one to talk to about why. And... I played the Sling slot thing and won $5 and was told it would be on my next bill but it's not credited!
And...
I can't see any of my statements! I'm about to leave them altogether.

- Or anything else
- No live customer service when issues arise whether it be technical
- Billing

My mother is 91 years old. I set up her account so she can watch Heartland.
Now I know the bill is due, but it can't be paid until the 15th.
Somehow, y'all got a hold of my Capital One bank account information, and y'all have taken it off of that account, which was set up to pay my credit card bills. Now I cannot pay because y'all took the money off of it.

Resolved: Error code 6-671, unable to see shows
Answer the damned call. Having trouble and Sling doesn't seem to care. The AI solution doesn't timely help.

I keep trying to get help on this problem to no avail, you make it impossible to get help! Help me or I will reconsider my subscription.

I have updated my credit card and still can't get back on paid TV. With paid TV, I have done this at least 4 times.
- Did have people to talk to before now they make it hard to know

ESPN is not coming on, and we added Orange specifically for the NBA playoffs. I'm not happy and am considering canceling Sling completely.

Preferred solution: I want ESPN to work, because I have been charged the $45.99 & I want to watch the games.

I have heard nothing from Sling TV!
I tried to call a number I was given for customer service and received a recording telling me the number was unavailable and to use the chat service. Then began the chatbot horror runaround with no reply that was fitting for my need of retrieving a new code number. After about an hour of trying, I did get a live chat person, who was unfortunately not well-spoken in English, who promised me I would get an email from the company, which I never did. I have never experienced worse, more incompetent customer service in my life, without exception.
It was truly an unbelievably bad experience, and Sling really shouldn't be allowed to operate with such ridiculous customer service. I will be canceling at the first opportunity, as there is no excuse for such a lack of support as a customer.
I have seen your customer ratings are extremely low, and one can only hope you go out of business. This seems like a company that is going down the drain, and if you do go out of business, it never happened to a worse company.

I am being charged for a subscription I canceled. And when I was a customer, I was being charged twice: once by you, once by Apple!

Very slow to get to where you want. Loose streaming Very often.
Customer service Very hard to get to. Most phone numbers don't work. The fourth number worked. It was so bad I canceled after 6 weeks.
Still had 6 weeks left but canceled and lost my money. If you pay up front you get it cheaper. Do not do this. This is how they get your money.
Worst steaming service ever. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET

Terrible channels not many local.channels the price was ok but the add ons for like sports or movies ridiculous pricing customer service sucks but ive had worse overall experience satisfactory that is a out it

My money got taken, but it's only showing me the freestream, and I can't speak with anyone. I think that's bad business. I really need someone to help me resolve my issue.
Sling is a NIGHTMARE
Sling tv is one of the worst companies in America ,all their phones are disconnected.It is almost impossible to disconnect service.They will keep billing like it is an active account long after it is closed !!! The picture quality is shakey.Do not subscribe to this company it is a NIGHTMARE !!!
