January 1, 2018 - when you go to start a subscription it tells you that you can't use a debit card and that you'll need to buy a gift card. That's exactly what I did. Bought a $50 gift card and redeemed it. Tried starting my subscription, but it still wouldn't work....

They are crooks. I was told i was getting a free trial and after canceling after two days they took over $100 out of my account. Customer service agent even agreed i got swindled but couldnt issue me a refund. Avoid at all costs!
