Called and got no help just around in circles in the phone tree. They suck, i cant believe they are still in busness

I received 30 days at a discount to try it. I was charged before I should've been and tried twice to get a refund.

I'm on a fixed income, can't afford $84 for TV, I told them it would put me in a bad situation. Like no car insurance!

They didn't care! I used to subscribe to Sling, NEVER AGAIN!!

If every NFL game on the Sling NFL Network is going to be blacked out every time I try to watch a game, please explain to me why. I'm paying to watch these games and yet they're blacked out.

I even paid the extra $11 for the Sports Extra, which is a waste of my hard-earned money if I can't watch any of it because they're blacked out. Please explain and fix this issue.

I bought 2 gift cards and still have no service. The gift cards were a total of $58.00 for both Sling Orange and Blue, but I have no service. My account information is pbear60309****@***.com.

You cannot ask a question directly. You have to pick from options, none of which answered my question.

They are only interested in getting you to sign up for their service.

I don't think any real customer service representatives work there. Just computers.

I can't sign into Sling on TV even after changing my password. It's frustrating that I can't talk to a live person.

I called your 800 number and its disabled. you now advertise getting only the channels you want

I only watch Fox cableanswer question news, CNN, Smithsonian channel, ,cooking channel.

How do I get this and how much does it cost. You TV add is deceiving.

No customer service numbers or emails to contact. The service wont let you log in to change or cancel anything & wont recognize your login information even if you change your password.

I had to contact my bank & report as fraud, but have to wait for payment to post before filing a claim. I dont know when they changed, but the company is now a scam and committing fraud.

Customer service number no longer in service. This is bullshit.not worth 40 a month for nothing but buffering.

The system freezes every 10 minutes. After putting up with it, I tried to contact them and got nowhere!

An entire morning was wasted continually being redirected to a page to order more channels. It's cheap and should be even cheaper because it's the perfect example of a product you wouldn't even want to consider buying.

Why are you charging me a fee for having to correct a problem caused by your hired personnel? You want me to pay you to fix your problem, your mistake. Something's wrong with this picture.

I couldn't get into my online account. I tried checking my username, changing my password, and using my Google account to access it, but all failed.

Then I called a number on the Sling page and got someone asking me personal questions about how I use my computer. He was making me uneasy. He transferred me to someone else who wanted to take over my computer, so I said "No", and ended the conversation.

Then I went back to the Sling Chat and that went nowhere. Then I found Pissed Customer and was told that line wasn't working anymore.

After four hours, I gave up with problem unresolved.

My email address was updated, changed on the account. This allowed me to submit password reset. I reset it and was able to access my account.

Trying to cancel my subscription due to retirement and inability to afford the service I like watching Bravo but I dont watch anything else. It is too expensive for me now
