Unable to reach live help, all numbers Sling provided are fake and not valid. It referred you to Sling.com/help.
This is unacceptable.
Sent several inquiries through their chat process for over a week, and I am not getting any response. Error code 11-6 is a location issue when trying to open the app.

Continuously receive error code can't watch programs
I'm turning to different programs, and they will NOT play. Repeated error code 28-29: Sling eagerly sucks up your money, yet there is no one to contact when it's down.
I'm paying to be robbed! More importantly, they could not care less about customers' issues with this rip-off. Stick with CABLE, the good stuff. By the time we pay for Wi-Fi and apps, you COULD be paying a single bill.
We need Wi-Fi to use these apps. Those apps plus Wi-Fi equal cable's original charges. Unfortunately, my daughter allows me to use her Sling in the same apartment. I'm looking into getting cable.
I'm tired of the 'no response' and 'no help' from Sling!!! They don't even allow customers to notify them their pathetic service is not working!
That's unacceptable when you're getting paid for a service that service does not deliver. I can't even notify these greedy clowns.

They do not advertise the blackout dates for certain football games before you sign up. Then, surprise!
You sit down to watch a game and bam! They hit you with a blackout game just because. They're very strong on no refunds, even though they cannot properly disclose their subpar service before you input your credit card.
Please pay more for a top-notch streaming app like YouTube TV or FUBO. They are upfront with their offerings and don't trick their customers into paying for services that they won't receive.

Charged after I canceled
I cancelled my subscription within 30 days after paying 28 dollars, about a week before, and Sling still charged me 71.26.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I saw an online offer for a free week-long trial with Sling. I ordered it and then cancelled it within minutes.
However, they still sent me a cancellation email. I don't understand why they charged me $160 for that!
Could you please refund me that money? Thank you.

I am unhappy about my August Service that I have paid for.
I paid for my August subscription for SLING TV and did not receive services. They took my money before they provided the services for the subscription for August.
All I want is my money back or my Sling TV to be turned on. I have been a member with Sling TV for almost 9 years now.
Please make me happy so I can continue to use SLING TV. I love the service by the way.

Multiple SlingTV ANYWHERE Devices will not RECORD Local channels DVR after last update. CAN NOT FIND HARD DRIVE. Wants you to ADD an EXTERNAL HDD when that is NOT AN OPTION of the ANYWHERE device.
*** in Philippines claim they have no supervisors or managers. All they know how to do is read the script on their computer. They have NO KNOWLEDGE of how the devices work if its not on their script and they DO NNOT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY WORK FOR!
They tell me to "call airtv" but they are so stupid that when I tell them that the number they gave me to call for AirTV is the ERXACT number I am calling them on, they sound dumbfounded. Or that BOTH companies are owned by DirectTV / Echo?
All claim they send "problem" to "ENGINEERING" BUT NO ONE EVER HEARS BACK ANYTHING FROM THIS "ENGINEERING". PER HUNDREDS of post on google, Reddit and myself for TWO MONTHS!
I have wasted my money purchasing NEW REPLACEMENT UNOPENED AirTV ANYWHERE devices and they ALL HAVE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM!!!

Rate of customer service requests to speak to customer service representatives
On Sept . 11th I ordered Sling supposedly for $21.65 w/taxes.
Then while looking at my bank account see that there are two transactions 1st for $21.65 and 2nd for $8.12 for Sling TV, when there should only be one for $21.65.
Therefore, I am requesting a refund of $8.12 immediately.
I have attached a copy of my bank records..

Cannot access sling
I cannot access my Sling account due to location issues. I have already started my Firestick app three times and disconnected the power source for 30 seconds three times. Despite these actions, I still cannot enter the Sling TV app.
