Terrible guide

Sling TV - Terrible guide
Unless you are a 5 yr old with great eye sight one cant even read the guide without gettn up every time to stand in front o screen to whats on. Absolutely sucks! Ive had several diff tv providers. Hands down the dumbest hardest to read mini type. Stupid! Get up everytime to try and read the guide and if you keep on the favorite side it doesnt seperate from on demand and live tv. Just horribly planned and sucks!

I was watching live TV when I went to bed. I woke up to watch the news with an error code 11.6, I do not have a VPN and Im not using a mobile device attempted to chat with an agent twice with no response finally had to call and talk to somebody, they still didnt fix my issue

Sling TV - I was billed on 9/19/23 and I canceled service 2 weeks ago.
I canceled my service 2 weeks ago and I was billed on 9/19/23. I would like $42.83 credited back to my account as SLING is not for my family.
