To FINALLY cancel my service

I have been trying to cancel my service for about 6 months now and there hasnt been a phone number to contact sling tv, now that there was finally a number to call, it took almost 45 minutes for the representative to handle my concerns. Ive paid $45.00 ever since Ive had sling and all the sudden today I was charged $52.00, so I take it the monthly fee has went up $7.00, for what I have no idea besides I was NEVER INFORMED that there was going to be an increase (which I feel was very disrespectful and no care for the customers charging them more without checking with us first).

User's recommendation: ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH AND COMPARE PRICES BEFORE GOING WITH THEM.

Sling will cheat you of money by making it impossible to cancel.

Cancelled three times and still getting charged. They make it impossible to cancel. Never give them your credit card number unless you are willing to cancel your card.

User's recommendation: Stay away. Go to Youtube tv or anything else.

Canceling

Lost job due to COVID 19 pandemic cant afford the service and really didnt watch sling anyway cant watch on more then one tv

New Roku app terrible

So now Sling has adopted an app similar to industry leader Crackle in a giant retro jump. No modification allowed. Must now exit listening to one channel in order to wade through all the others. There is no way to search listings without ending viewing. I was a charter subscriber, but now I doubt Ill last another month.

New App sucks. Broke something that worked great before. Ready to ditch Sling after all these years.

The new app that you have does not work correctly youve broke something that was already fixed you shouldve left well enough alone no one can find anything on this stupid app anymore ready to ditch sling I never thought Id say that

I don't know how to use my new account

I need help learning how to use sling and Ive tried to log in and watch it snd Im extremely confused. Also am I able to watch the Olympics right now on Sling as thats important to me to.

I object to Sling giving priority to Fox tv stations and intruding on my listings when I do not want to encourage any Fox product. I do not want to support either Murdoch or disinformation, therefore PLEASE stop this. I will drop Sling if you do not cease this intrusive annoyance.

I object to Fox tv stations intruding on listings when I do not want any of them or need them. I do not want to support either Murdoch or disinformation, therefore PLEASE stop this. I will drop Sling if you do not cease insisting on featuring this annoyance.

Im trying to update payment information and it wont take it. They tried to deit the payment from my account but it was declined

Somebody to help me

Change in interface

I got the new update. And I hate it! Cant find or get my shows. Cant understand the guide. Its slow. Its cumbersome. You can search for something else while watching a show. Cant see what was on earlier in the day. I hate that I cant start the guide near the channel Im watching. It sticks. Wont accept commands and kicks you off regularly.

New APP

It defaults to some huge (scale of favorite list is not calibrated to the size of the screen) show link. Too many clicks on the remote to get anywhere, does not go to guide; it takes another click and a scroll, plus it always defaults to the top of the channel list, and where is the start from beginning option when you click on a show (it the show has that option)? The size of the description, it is huge on a large TV, I mean huge, It would be nice if there was a resize option or an option to go back to the minimalist format. It is apparently aimed at the phone user demographic. Try before you buy

Refund for subscription charges

Hi Team, I subscribed for one of the channel on Sling TV then I realized that channel is not available in US. I immediately unsubscribed. Missed three NBA final's Games

Couldn't get it to stream the NBA finals games. First game it cut off the last 2 mins! My boyfriend watched the whole game on his sling app no problem (?) Next two games every other show worked except for the NBA . I spent more time on the phone with tech support than watching the game. Terrible service. My internet connection was fine, as well as the TV connection. All channels worked on the app except for ESPN3 Streaming the game.

User's recommendation: Don't bother if you're trying to watch sports.
