Its not important what the details were. All of the confusion would have been solved had he been able to speak to a human being.

Technology is good for many people but the elderly and those with disabilities struggle with it. Please bring back real customer service!!!

They do not advertise the blackout dates for certain football games before you sign up. Then, surprise!

You sit down to watch a game and bam! They hit you with a blackout game just because. They're very strong on no refunds, even though they cannot properly disclose their subpar service before you input your credit card.

Please pay more for a top-notch streaming app like YouTube TV or FUBO. They are upfront with their offerings and don't trick their customers into paying for services that they won't receive.

Sling TV - I am unhappy about my August Service that I have paid for.

I paid for my August subscription for SLING TV and did not receive services. They took my money before they provided the services for the subscription for August.

All I want is my money back or my Sling TV to be turned on. I have been a member with Sling TV for almost 9 years now.

Please make me happy so I can continue to use SLING TV. I love the service by the way.

Multiple SlingTV ANYWHERE Devices will not RECORD Local channels DVR after last update. CAN NOT FIND HARD DRIVE. Wants you to ADD an EXTERNAL HDD when that is NOT AN OPTION of the ANYWHERE device.

*** in Philippines claim they have no supervisors or managers. All they know how to do is read the script on their computer. They have NO KNOWLEDGE of how the devices work if its not on their script and they DO NNOT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY WORK FOR!

They tell me to "call airtv" but they are so stupid that when I tell them that the number they gave me to call for AirTV is the ERXACT number I am calling them on, they sound dumbfounded. Or that BOTH companies are owned by DirectTV / Echo?

All claim they send "problem" to "ENGINEERING" BUT NO ONE EVER HEARS BACK ANYTHING FROM THIS "ENGINEERING". PER HUNDREDS of post on google, Reddit and myself for TWO MONTHS!

I have wasted my money purchasing NEW REPLACEMENT UNOPENED AirTV ANYWHERE devices and they ALL HAVE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM!!!

So, I have been trying to stop paying for Sling TV, and because my number is in the TV settings, I cannot get him to stop using my bank card. So, one of two things is going to happen.

Either you remove my card from being used, or I report this issue to Sling and get a new bank card. Then, I won't be a paying customer again.

I can't remove my card from your system. Interesting how that one works.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They solved the problem for me by giveing me a custermer service phone number to caLL SLING TV if i had any problems i hope the number they gave is a honest number for SLING TV i have not called yet but i might call to see if the number is real not a disconectted number like on web sight

So far, Sling TV is okay. Ask me in 3 months what I think about Sling TV.

My only problem with Sling TV is that they need a real customer service phone number so their customers can talk to them. That would be very professional of them.

SlingTV has charged me twice for the renewal of my service. I paid on my phone, then again on my TV, which doesn't make sense since it was working well on my phone.

I thought it was going to work fine until I tried opening the app on my TV and it made me pay for it again!

I really love SlingTV, but the way that transaction made me pay twice for the same service just *** me off! So, if I may get my refund back, I'd very much appreciate it!

I was offered a $20 discount to restart my Sling TV account. I logged in and clicked on 'My Account.' The $20 discount was shown there.

When I clicked 'Restart Account,' the discount reduced to $10. I talked to customer service, and they informed me that there is no $20 discount and they didn't know why I could see a $20 off promotion on the 'My Account' page.

I specifically asked which package I needed to watch Big Ten Network. An agent told me I would get Big Ten Network with the blue plan.

I decided to go with both blue and orange, thinking I was only going to have to pay half my first month.

I was charged full price, and still can not watch the Big Ten Network. I am pissed and I want either a full refund, or access to the Big Ten Network for NO EXTRA CHARGE, because that's what I was told I would get with the blue package.
