I have a subscription, and when it renews and I go to sign in, it states I have to pay again. So I am double paying and Im not getting reimbursed.

sling is telling me to go to the Apple Store. it keeps saying unable to load additional details. Please review your App Store subscriptions..

under my Apple account under subscriptions it says active in my next pay is June 11. Why cant I utilize the app?where is my money going this is bad business!!

My subscription was on pause for 7 weeks. It was due to start up again next week, so I just canceled it.

They charged my credit card! I need that $55 tomorrow so my power won't get shut off. The refund takes 5-7 days! What am I going to do?

The agent on chat was no help! Is Sling going to pay the $75 turn-on fee?

They couldn’t help me and asked me to pay $1 to talk to someone. I abandoned the idea because I thought it was ridiculous and sketchy.

I changed my password and lo and behold, my orange and blue channels came back. The online chat is useless unless you don’t know how to login or are otherwise ignorant of how to use an app.

My account showed that I pay for orange and blue packages, but when I logged in, I couldn't get any of the channels. I contacted the support, but could only get a bot that asked ridiculous questions like, did I refresh, or did I log out and back in.

I finally changed my password for a third time, and it worked. My frustration is that there is no person to explain the issue with; sometimes a human needs to intervene.

I enjoy Sling, and I have been a customer for over 2 years and would like to continue to be. My problem was resolved, and things are back to the way they should be with my business of having both the orange and blue.

No updates so far. They considered it closed when he finished talking with me.

I spoke with him on May 7, 2025. the last deduction from my account was made on May 8, 2025.

Why did they not refund that deduction or stop payments immediately? They have not reached out to me again.

It was difficult contacting them. When I did, my complaint was ignored.

The person I spoke with knew he was not going to resolve the problem immediately. Customer Service is very poor. They only want money.I spent another $569.53 after cancellation. They intentionally restarted my subscription "It restarted by mistake?' the gentleman asked.

It should not be an ongoing occurrence that a subscription would automatically re-start. I cancelled on 8/10/24.

They started billing again on 10/14/24. That should not happen.

Cancelled 8/10/2024; continued again without permission on Oct 14, 2024, through May 8, 2025. I printed a copy of the 8/10/24 cancellation it stated: 'Your subscription has been canceled.' You will be downloaded to Sling Freestream at the end of your current billing cycle on 8/10/2024.

They resumed billing on 10/14/2024. I contacted them.

They seemed to assumed it was okay to restart, he replied, 'It restarted by mistake?' They knew the problem but seemed to *** it. They let me know they were not going to do anything about it.

To cancel the Sling subscription, navigate to the “My Account” dashboard, choose the “Cancel Subscription” hyperlink, follow the on-screen instructions, and wait for a confirmation in your email.

To sign up for Sling TV, first choose the Sling Orange, Sling Blue, or Sling Orange + Blue package on the home page. After this, add Extras, create an account, download the Sling app, and watch sports, comedy, and other videos on your device.

Sling TV is an app-based TV service that lets you stream live television and on-demand content over the Internet. When you activate the Sling Orange, Sling Blue, or Sling Orange + Blue plan, you get a flexible and affordable alternative to traditional cable TV which you can watch anywhere: at home or on the go.

The cost of Sling TV is $20 for your first month. For this amount, you receive Sling TV streaming services, packages, premium, and extras. The company also provides additional extras, which you can learn on the main page of its official website.

To delete your Sling TV account, log in, navigate to your profile icon in the top right corner, and choose “Account”. Select “Cancellation Subscription” under “Subscription”, follow the prompts, and wait for the confirmation in your email.
