How do I pay bill.
According to Sling TV FAQs as a SLING TV customer, you will be billed in advance at the beginning of your 30-day service period. Payments are automatically deducted from your valid debit or credit card on file. Customers with monthly Sling TV subscriptions can now change their billing date.
Why are my teams baseball & hockey programs unavailable to view in the sports pack?I am able to watch NY, Ontario baseball games but not the St. Louis Cardinals on MLB sports.
Also unable to watch St.
Louis Bluies hockey. This is why I bought the sports package.
Concerning any changes in your programs as well as their availability you should contact Sling TV customer service. You can reach them from the Help Center daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
Restricted cnn channel why?I have CNNgo but can not get programs under the cnn channel
Unfortunately, Sling TV does not provide any information about why you can not get programs under the CNN channel on the company website.

How could I sign in with sling on my firestick and I got it on my phone.
- in the Fire TV Stick menu go to Settings, then Apps, then Manage All Applications;
- scroll down to the Sling TV app;
- select Clear Cache & Data;
- uninstall the app;
- restart the Fire TV;
- install the app.
Retired snowbird, can I use one sling account at my summer and winter homes?I had a sling account several years ago, now I travel to Florida for 6 months each year.

Will my subscription cancel the day of.
My bank card on file was stolen. I moved to Detroit and my bank is Wells Fargo, which is not in the area.
I do not have another card yet, as i had to cancel the one on file.
I should have it by Monday, hopefully. Please don’t cancel my subscription this weekend, as there is an important game on Saturday.

How can I fix it?My channels don’t have any sound.
- double check all your cabling to and from your Slingbox and AV device(s) are connected;
- try connecting to a different device;
- verify if audio streams successfully using Watch on Slingbox.com.
If the audio still does not work:
- verify if the issue is still present while viewing over the Internet (away from home) vs. viewing while on your local network;
- try resetting the Slingbox using Watch on Slingbox.com to restore settings.
How can I get refund ? Because I already deleted my account so why you change my card? Need my money back
I canceled my account already and still got payment taken out of my account so I need my full $31.80 back on my debit card asap.
For some odd reason Sling TV just decided to take it upon there selves to start charging on my account I never authorized in the beginning. It was from an account I had only set up for a savings account. The first time I noticed it was being charged is Jan 2 2020. You started it in Dec 2018. I couldn't have authorized it because at that time my husband was in an assisted living home, I had to move from my home and move in with my daughter and that was October and November of 2018. He had a stroke at the end of December 2018. So much going on in my life that disrupt it to the point I could not pay for it nor have the time to enjoy Sling TV. If you are an honest company with the integrity I am sure you want to continue you will make this good to me. You have taken $250 from me, money that is hard to come by. You can go back into my account and find that we have never used it......CC ending in # 1710 and email was prosperousliving2016@***.com. Please do what it right!
