I started with the 7 day free trial, didnt get to use it much, finally got a chance to check out the World Series, only problem was that it kept freezing and buffering throughout the entire time. I am unable to watch certain channels, keep getting a "no current asset available" error, tech support asked me to reinstall the app, update my TV OS, to no availability.Chatted with customer service to see what could be done as they have just charged me $40 for the month, unfortunately they have a no refund policy.

So in other words I prepaid for something that doesnt work. Their customer service is horrible, the just kept saying we understand your frustation, but yet could not help.

Same problem here on my Samsung smart tv. Software has been updated.

Can’t watch any channel through Guide, but can watch my fav channels through MY TV tab instead.

Very weird. Works on my roku on the other tv though.
