audit revealed they double billed me and will not credit or refund. They initially asked me to go to my bank, my bank TDBank said they will only refund 90 days of service and to go back to SLING.
SLING ref the terms and agreement Section 5. to not refund my money.
I am the sole occupant in my apartment and apparently they had an incorrect and invalid email address on my smart TV versus my laptop, I asked them to check the IP addresses and they would see I am the sole user. A sling rep on facebook tried to intervene with a private message however the result was still the same, they did not want to refund or credit over a year of service.
