latest update I took it a step further and filed a complaint with the FCC.. Im so disgusted by this Company and their conniving tactics. They should value their customers and not take advantage of having customers bank information to use at their convenience.

Same issue with me. I will totally sign anything to sue this company they're crooks.

I'm so pissed off right now. They have me take a screenshot, then request that its sent inside the email, not as an attachment which took me forever, literally a whole day to figure out. I sent it 2x. And was told No, thats not how they needed it.

How can u send a screenshot embodied in the email? (only on a desktop not on your phone FYI ) and it couldn't be forwarded or sent as a reply, after going through all this trouble to provide what they asked me for, to be slapped with a msg stating this is a prepaid service we are unable to provide you with a refund.

wtf? Why in the heck would they ask for proof if they had no intention on providing a refund makes absolutely no sense.
