Like many others I was trying to see if I could save a few bucks. Well, you get what you pay for.

Within two week of getting my sling I could no longer see the what I wanted to watch, only sound. I could see the menus and pics but no shows. I called in to get it fixed and the were not able to help so they supposedly escalated it to a higher tech support department. A week went by and I didn't hear a single thing from anyone.

Needless to say I was pissed so I called to cancel and they proceeded to tell me that the cancellation will take place 30 days from the date I called to cancel, meaning that I have to still continue to pay until then. I had done a special where I paid two months upfront and got a fee roku. not only are the not going to compensate me for the last week of not being able to watch TV but they are not going to refund me either. This is a disgusting and cheap company that will take you for a ride.

DO NOT GET SLING TV. Maybe I can sell the Roku on ebay for a few bucks.
