Sling TV - Disgusting Service
Horrible customer service and product, stay away at all costs.
They scam you into starting service for an entire year and then it turns out the service isn't even compatible with your TV. Then they make you buy another device to hook up to your TV to force it to be compatible. Turns out the services aren't worth all this. You can't even change the channel with the remote, you have to go back to the home page and select the next channel you want to go to.... EVERY TIME! The size of the screen doesn't even fill up the TV and there's no way to fix it. You go to cancel the service only to find out a month later that they already charged you for the whole year. You call back asking for a refund and they apologize and say they can't help you.
If this isn't the biggest commercial scam in the TV program industry I don't know what is.
DO NOT USE SLING TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
