I paid for my services by gift card. First I ordered the Orange package with add on sports extra.

I realized I wasn't getting all the sports channels. The second day I attempted to change my service to the Orange and Blue package with add on sports extra and I even had a Sling Representative directing me as to how to change my service and submit the gift card. Well the system applied my gift card but didn't allow me to change my service. $200 and I'm not getting the service I want.

All the Representative could say is, "I'm sorry but I have to send this issue to the Escalation Dept".

You can't talk to anyone in the Escalation department. Only
