They did not answer my phone call, their chat bot unresponsive answers, and the designated Customer Service email did not get back to me.

What a crock. Ive made multiple attempts of start a new service with zero success.

I paid for service and never received any information that I was excepted I only found out though My Bank than I called as was told Rudely that I wasn't getting my Money back even when I didn't even know it went through because I never received any response and I would have never known if my Bank security hadn't contacted me about unknown purchases

They couldn’t help me and asked me to pay $1 to talk to someone. I abandoned the idea because I thought it was ridiculous and sketchy. I changed my password and lo and behold, my orange and blue channels came back. The online chat is useless unless you don’t know how to login or are otherwise ignorant of how to use an app.
