My problem wasn't resolved. I'm being double billed.
One on my Bank of America card and one on my Capital One card for Katherine Tucker. For the months of May, June, and August, I'd like to be refunded on my Bank of America card and no further charges on it, as I've been already charged on my Capital One card. That card ends in 7301 and my Bank of America card ends in 9575.
Please correct this matter for me. It's very frustrating; you don't have a number to call to resolve these issues.

There's no customer service at all. When you go to the Sling website, it's a generic customer service, and there's no answer for your question.

Resolved: Refund for service billed AFTER CANCELLATION
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company responded to complaint with state’s attorney general’s office.
Basically stating their policy is NOT TO REFUND FOR AMOUTS BILLED IN ADVANCE OR FOR PARTIAL MONTHS AS PER THEIR TERMS. I also filed dispute with financial institution whose policy is to refund what I paid for when NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. SLING did not address poor customer service but reiterated their PIMPING ways.
Don’t get pumped or screwed. STAY AWAY FROM SLING.
Billed again 3/22/2024. I did receive email 3/22/2024 of cancellation. NONE OF YOUR AGENTS IN PHILIPPINES OR MEXICO WOULD HELP.
ADVISED COULDNT OPEN CASE UNLESS I GAVE THEM MORE THAN THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF CREDIT CARD USED FOR BILLING. MY BILLING WAS THROUGH PAYPAL!

Provide a live person. The email says Ill automatically be billed for premiums I dont want. Say I can cancel any time but website doesnt allow that.

Already pay 70$ for sling + sports and had to pay again recently for the service and already have that serive!!!

The service I got from the representative was so bad that I closed my account and moved to Hulu.
The representative stated that he reported the issue to the development team but didn't provide any timeline, case number, or any other details to allow me to follow up.
I explained to the representative that this was affecting my ability to record and asked him to let me speak to a manager. The representative replied that the manager would tell me the same thing and then ended the chat.

I was charged before I could cancel my subscription. I tried two times to explain that I am disabled, on a fixed income, and cannot afford $84 for TV.
That was my car insurance money. They couldn't have cared less!

Oh, yeah sling will not give you a refund. I had Discovery + ad free and kept getting ads on just about everything we watched.
I went online and chatted and complained over and over again. They just said they would work on the issue. To make a long story short I gave up and ordered Discovery + separately for the same price and it is 100**** times better than the crap sling was selling.
I asked for a refund and they absolutely refused. So they are very comfortable with stealing money from their customers.
