I canceled yesterday and then they took money that is for my rent off my card. Plus you can't talk to someone one the phone to cancel or get your money back.

I paid for service and never received any information that I was excepted I only found out though My Bank than I called as was told Rudely that I wasn't getting my Money back even when I didn't even know it went through because I never received any response and I would have never known if my Bank security hadn't contacted me about unknown purchases

Stay away from sling customer service no help at all can't speak to anyone disgusting
It is pretty sad when all customer service numbers are disconnected. Is this how you treat your customers, making it impossible to talk person to person with someone to get something fixed?
But you people know how to take our money every month.
Ridiculous and very sad. Not a happy customer; would not recommend Sling.

I lost my credit card that is on file with Sling. I need to give new credit card information.

Every number for Sling doesn't work. I was on the phone with them for 3 hours, and nothing was accomplished. Don't use.

I spoke with an agent through chat. Very irritating.
It felt like an AI bot.
Apologizes for everything, but never helps. Wasn't reassuring at all.
Their service buffers all the time. I subscribed because they have USA for WWE.
So basically, it was recording yesterday. I went that night to watch it, and poof! It was gone. All a chat could offer is apologies.
Their service sucks.
I guess you get what you pay for. Looking for new service.

Sling keeps trying to take money out of my account and my account keeps declining it, yet they tried three times again this month. If it's declining every month, then why keep trying?
I don't use Sling, nor do I like it. I have free streaming channels through my phone company, why would I want to pay anything when it's free to me? I hope you can resolve this matter, as shown in the picture below three different times.

- Need to be carful on how they accept accounts need to know who is really on the other end more verification needed be aware that some people get hacked and are unaware of any accounts in there name like me im on a fixed income i cant afford stuff like thi
- This could mess up someones credit or there finances
Preferred solution: I would like them to stop trying to charge my card and remove any information they have, and to not except any kind of action to start a account. I will never have a account now or in the future.

Couldn’t get any one to talk I don’t like chatting I tried but couldn’t solve my issue
I never watched anything else; I only watched what I was since I joined this company. It was first $45, then it went up to $55, but they keep changing me a lot.
More earlier, I was able to call someone and get credit, but for the last two months, it is charging $105, and trying to chat can't go through. I don't like chatting; I need help.

Refund March payment to my account. It wasn't authorized.
I plainly stated after the free promotion to disconnect my service and I'll notify when to reconnect me. Why is it so hard to refund my $75.99 you took on March 31, 2025? This is so unfair; I have to pay for services I didn't use. I was only on your 15-day free trial, then you were asked to disconnect, which you didn't do.
To settle all, just refund the March payment as you did in April. Thanks.

Verified ReviewerSling received payment 2xs. Sling is saying the payment was declined I have proof IT WAS NOT!!
Sling does not a customer service to recover funds. My bank has not been able to retrieve funds. Two payments they received without service and they claim they did not receive payment!
Sling is a rip off. I'm so upset I will contact the Federal Trade Commission!! I will let whoever will listen and report sling for unfair practices!!
