False advertising and refund refusal
I requested to upgrade my sling account to include the sports Plus package. Sling charged me for this, and and I never received the upgrades. It's impossible to get a live human being to speak with you through their ivr system. The chatbots will hang up on you or end the chat at any time. There is no physical person that the system will allow you to speak to. The chatbot will refuse any type of refund compensation or resolution. The only option they provide you is to cancel your account, at which time they refuse to refund your money.
