Sling TV - 7 day free trial comes after two months payment non refundable no customer service, no refund after 2 day trial
I mistakenly signed up with this company for a seven day free trial and then noticed get a free Roku Express with prepayment of two months.
Nothing about if canceled before seven days no refund. No way to return Roku express or refund. Trial they chat back comes after the two months non refundable payment.
Rude chat and no customer service by phone or manager to talk to.
Just no refund. Trial comes after not before.
What good is a trial after two months.
I need trial first to try it. They do not refund payments to anyone. I do not know what else to say, They force me to stay with them even though I canceled after 2 days or less and I have no recourse to get my money back. Credit card Company says they have ninety days or sixty days to reply to my complaint and I have not heard anything from them. I feel it is not safe to be with a Company like that.

Thanks, I called many times no refund, Mastercard no refund.Roku express damaged not working, says Sling will refund,Three-way call, Sling says no returns or refund.Better Business Bureau writes they will investigate though hugeamount of complaints.
