I did not get to speak with anyone. This is a horrible method to address an issue with Sling TV.
Why bother having me call after I tried their website? A waste of time!

Preferred solution: Change my payment prior to paying so I can remove some add-ons. Once I pay I will have to wait until the next cycle

Resolved: I pay for mlb network now you want more money for me
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I couldn't watch mlb network i pay for so the operator told me to log out and log back in i did and everything is back it's all good now
I can't talk to a live agent to help me with my account this is not very good customer service with your customers
No service
I paid for one month of blue and tried to get news and couldnt get anything on my tv. I tried troubleshooting and found it to come through on my pc.
Movies wouldnt come through either on tv. Just swirling around forever. So I kept trying for days. Searching for a phone number and other troubleshooting methods.
I dont have time for this. I feel like yall owe me money back because I havent even watched anything.
Im done! Wont be doing this again!!

Verified Reviewer |Doubled billed. Charged full price for orange instead of 23.00. It's impossible to get in contact with anyone. I wonder what the better business bureau thinks about this.
A customer service representative called me, she stated that the refund of $22.23 was returned on March 14. I checked my bank account and did NOT find a refund.
I may submit this to the Better Business Bureau with a copy of my bank statement. I'm not trying to steal additional monies as suggested by the CSR.

Verified ReviewerAre sling blue stopped working
We have had a Sling Blue account for a while now, and the TV in the basement is working just fine. But the upstairs TV is now stuck on the Sling live stream and thinks we need to buy Sling Blue.
What happened? It was working fine just the other day.
Preferred solution: I want my Sling Blue to work on both TVs like it did before.

I'm old and retired on a fixed income. I don't mind paying for what I thought I was getting.
I don't remember the exact numbers now, as this was a few weeks ago. But it claimed it was going to charge me one price all the way through. On the very last screen, after I had already paid, I saw a number jump up. That said it was going to be 50 something dollars instead of 30 something.
I never did find a phone number for them. I sent them numerous messages. Nobody has responded to my email or been able to reach them on the phone. Customer service is miserable for this company.
They should be put out of business. I finally found out how to cancel, but meanwhile, they've got my money and I never even used it.

I want to cancel my subscription without giving my credit card! Thats the most insane thing Ive heard!
Why would I give my number to cancel an account! Surly you dont get stupid people who actually comply

Horrible customer service
Sling app has been down since Friday and no one has been available to help with whatever the issue is.
Cancel subscription and the charges from my bank account
I canceled the subscription since April as I was leaving the country for a long vacation and still the monthly charge of 39,98$ I taken from my bank account
Please stop the subscription and refund my money

Verified ReviewerI hit the subscribe button and immediately regretted my decision and then cancelled the subscription , or so I was lead to believe. Even though I hadn’t watch any of the shows I still got billed
Sling will only give me 1 month credit. And the bill jumped from $35 to $50.
I told them that I don't think I even watched one show; I was thinking about getting Sling for their NFL channel, but I cancelled the same day. It's a terrible company that won't let you cancel when you hit the cancel button.
- On their advertisement seemed to be priced reasonably
- May have programming that might fit others needs i decided i could get better programming somewhere else and wanted to cancel
- System for allowing a customer to cancel their subscription needs improvement

, is there a problem with your service I cannot get logged in what the hell's going on let me know I just need to drop you off and go somewhere else I'm tired of this I've had you all for a while and it just seems like it's getting worse and worser so please fix the problem it's not my end it's yours every time I log out and have to log back in I have to create another *** account how much *** in my paying for in reality I just need to cancel y'all you ain't worth $80 a *** month now please give me some feedback

Not good. No need to go through all of my disappointment after nearly a week of trying to get my account in order, and not being able to watch my programs so its better for me to just cancel altogether.
