- Commercials show a degrading Sling meeting and raise questions about real-time customer service and future customers.
Voice your opinion on the way they advertise their product by dehumanizing their clients.
Their commercials featuring a meeting with a representative from sling is degrading and disrespectful. If they are that way on a commercial, what is their customer service like in real time. Disgusting display of the value of future customers!
You guys are trying to charge me on my Samsung TV. I already pay you 86.00 very month
It was awesome at one time. Once i changed to new tv . I couldn't get no sling
I think it is wrong for them to charge me over again when I make payment every month from my checking acct.
Preferred solution: We would love to used Sling and ESPN. Like we did before Are service are current.

AI generated answers really did not help much . Would of like to speak to someone I had certain channels and then they disappeared could not find any answers.
Horrible app, you have to delete the app and reinstall once a week
- The app won't load, freezes, and shows zip code error.
- There is no customer service, and calls go to an answering service with no ticket numbers.
You loose all DVR, The app wont load, the app freezes, the app gives "zip code not detected" so no channels, blames it on your Internet-NOT TRUE. ZERO customer service.
You cross your fingers and hopes it works when you re-install..sadly it does not...
When calling Service Dept.-if someone answers-Its a answering service and they give you a BS excuse, they will forward your issue to Techs. OK what's my ticket or log complaint number ?-you dont get one, Please have the Techs call me-They dont make phone calls

Very bad experience, very hard to connect with costumer service , I cancelled my service two months ago and I am still been charged.
I have canceled my service two month ago and I am still been charged I even call then very hard to contact costumer service.

I dnt like how I cant contact a live person and when I want to cancel my service it was a hassle . I go away for the summer and I dnt need it to the fall . As with that I want my service cancelled thank you .

- The user dislikes chat-only contact.
- They can't talk to anyone about concerns.
- They're leaving.
All ways to communicate with your company are through different chats; this is pathetic. Who wants to stay with a company where you can't talk to anyone about your concerns except through chats or AI? I'm out.

- Upgraded to Sports Plus/Extra for $11/mo to get Big Ten Network but can't access it.
- Refunds are refused and support is unhelpful.
I recently requested to upgrade my Sling package to the Sports Plus or Extra plan for $11 a month. I wanted the Big Ten Network.
I have never been able to access the Big Ten Network on Sling. After trying repeatedly to get a human to help me, I was exhausted. They refuse refunds and don't provide what they say they will. I would subscribe to any other service rather than Sling.
They are liars. They falsely advertise what they will provide you.
They refuse to give you your money back when you question their false advertising. Their chatbots and supposed human email reps are refusing to help and will end the chat on you for no reason.

- Sling restarts, asks for zip code and payment again.
- Sign-in shows password incorrect even after change.
- Signed up today and want a refund.
Third time I've used Sling and it happens every time. Watched a game earlier today.
Restarted TV and it asks for a zip code and then asks me to pay again. So I tried to sign in on my TV and it says the password is wrong. So I changed the password, which was correct, and it tells me again it is wrong.
Signed up today. Want a refund!!!

Verified Reviewer |I couldn't watch my new: Sling app. on my TV that I payed for so I had to immediately cancel my subscription!
Paid for my Sling subscription on my phone, but couldn't access it on my TV. I couldn't watch it, couldn't talk to customer service, so I had to cancel it.

I canceled my subscription a week ago, and they still took money from my Cash App account

You're too hard to get in touch with; you have to pay to cancel Sling, unheard of. No phone number is given.
Preferred solution: I am canceling because it is to expensive, I am retired and can’t afford that much.
